“The Creators” from PACE Broward and Palm Beach take on 16mm film manipulation

With the help of artist Dinorah de Jesus Rodriguez, The Creators, a group of emerging artists from our PACE Workshop series created this short film by hand manipulating found 16mm footage.  Artists scratched, marked, inked and colored, appropriated and blank 16mm film to create this group project:
