Biography

Born 1962 in Tokyo, Japan.

Welty received a Fifth Year Certificate at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MA in 2001; a B.A. from Connecticut College in New London, CT and attended the Université de Paris (La Sorbonne) in Paris, France.
