On Curating the Office Space is a series on http://electric-lunch.com/ about collecting for the office, and/or any commercial space.
Francie Bishop Good and David Horvitz have a collection of over 500 works including photography, installation, painting, drawing, video, sculpture, works on paper and mixed media. The collection is exhibited in curated exhibitions at Girls’ Club, in their homes and at David’s downtown office space on Las Olas Blvd at WLD Enterprises. Currently at WLD, works by Mickalene Thomas, Vera Lutter, Kiki Smith, Kate Gilmore, Catherine Opie, Carrie Mae Weems, Massimo Vitali and local artists Harumi Abe, Samantha Salzinger, Perry Pandrea, Julie Davidow and TJ Ahearn – to name a small selection – are on view.
