Submit your video for Chick Flicks finale

Girls’ Club is seeking film and video submissions from local female artists. Submissions will be reviewed by a jury of artists and art professionals, which include Jillian Mayer, Samantha Salzinger and Antonia Wright. Selected films will be screened at Girls’ Club on Saturday, May 26, 2012 during the season’s final presentation of Chick Flicks featuring the documentary film Our City Dreams, 2010.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
All submissions must contain original material and must have been created within the last three years.
Entries must use official submission form below, submitting videos via URL.
Entries may be no longer than 5 minutes length (strictly enforced).
Entries must be submitted as a single channel video.
Entries are limited to two per person/group.
Artists must be female, or have at least one key female member.
Artists must be residents of South Florida. Students and artists of all ages welcome to submit.

SUBMISSION FEE
A $10 non-refundable submission fee per video is required for entry.

TIMELINE
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 – submission deadline
Friday, May 18, 2012 – selected artists notified
Saturday, May 26, 7pm – screening of selected entries and feature presentation of Our City Dreams (2010)
Monday – Friday, May 28 – June 1 – selected videos will be available to view on the Girls’ Club blog
