Show title: Witness To Creativity II

The exhibition is site-specific installations. It allows the public to witness the creative process as these works come to life. This is not an exhibit of an artist’s body of work in gallery style. The work may consist of several parts but must work as one unified piece.

Installation may be substantial in size, up to 10′ deep x 20′ wide x 8′ high (estimated). Smaller and larger installations also will be considered. The public will be invited to watch the artists work. Artists may hold scheduled presentations to the public throughout the exhibit period.

• Sat., May 21 –  Postmark deadline for application
• Sat., May 28 – Artists notified of selection
• Wed., July 13 –  Installation process begins
• Fri., July 15 – Installation process opens to public
• Fri., July 15 – Members preview and reception (5-7pm) & Downtown Tropical Nights event
• Mon., July 18 – Museum is closed
• Fri., July 22 – Installation is to be complete
• Sat. Sept 3  – Exhibit closes
• Sun., Sept 4  – De-installation by artists (1-5pm)
• More days may be scheduled. Removal complete by Tues., Sept 5.
