Reinterpreting Photography for Today – Panel discussion at Books & Books in Coral Gables

Reinterpreting Photography for Today: A Dynamic Art Form Forever in Motion
Tuesday, April 10th

Learn how the art of photography is ever evolving in the 21st Century, inviting us to reflect on the mingling of past and present, on memory, archive and tradition. What is the nature of an image nowadays? We invite you to consider these and other challenging ideas in our April program dedicated to discovering more about the dynamic art forms of current photography.

The ARTtuesdays/Miami program committee of Carol Damian, Helen Kohen, Elisa Turner, Liana Pérez, Ilana Vardy, and Barbara Young salutes the initiative of artist and curator Odalis Valdivieso who proposed and organized this program. You won’t want to miss the many insights that artists in this panel discussion can share with us.
